1) Entry Form 1: For Visual Arts entries only. Please fill out the entry form below and press submit.

2) Entry Form 2: For ALL entries (including Visual Arts). Please fill out description form and press submit.

3) Send digital submissions to communityartschallenge@gmail.com

4) Pay entry fee through paypal or check.

(please note - once you press submit, the form resets to blank. your entries are not lost, they have been submitted!)

Entry Form 2: All Categories

Please  fill out the form and press submit!

Description: Using 50 words or less, please describe how this work represents the theme of CHANGE.
(Note: These words will be copied and displayed next to your artwork and will be made available to the judges in all entry categories. It is your opportunity to convey anything about your work’s relationship to the theme that may not be obvious from viewing, reading or listening to your entry. Any description over 50 words will be edited by the CAC committee.)

Digital Submissions:

All entries must be submitted in a digital format. Please refer to the Prospectus for instructions on what type of files will be accepted for each category.
 
Please email digital files or links to YouTube videos to communityartschallenge@gmail.com, with "Entry - Change" in subject line.

Writing entries should be emailed as a copy in Microsoft Word or Pages format. Please do not number the pages of your entry.
 

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT:

The entry fee is $15 per submitted work. Current members of either the Center for the Arts or the Cortland Arts Connect are entitled to a reduced fee of $10 per submission.
